          Learning through action together

        • Sharing time and space with people who have some of the same experiences as you can be such a relief.

You don't have to explain or justify yourself, which means you have more energy to focus on what matters to you. The learning and growth can be life changing.

Add a skilled facilitator, who holds the space, gently reminds the group of agreed boundaries, and challenges everyone to look at their difficulties and resources in new ways, and the learning and growth can be absolutely transformational.

This is what our group cohorts offer.

          How it works

If you decide to join us, you will be part of a group of 8-12 chronically ill people, all of whom aim to make progress on something that matters to them.

Your 'something' might be deeply personal, or something you want to share with the world. It might be something you want to learn, or a creative project. It might be something to do with work or money, or with your social life or close relationships. It might seem tiny, or it might seem massive.

Every person in the group will focus on making progress at their own pace, in their own way, on their own thing, learning to flow and work with their own capacities and needs.

The group is facilitated by Elinor Predota, our founder and programme director, who in addition to holding the space with deep presence and calm, brings in perspectives and useful resources around:

          • self-care
          • assessing your needs
          • making decisions
          • skills, capacity, and willingness
          • learning from 'mistakes' and 'failures'
          • boundaries and consent

          and much more.

          Cost

The cost of membership is on a sliding scale:

          • Access: £20 per month
          • Support: £40 per month
          • Equity: £60 per month
          • Justice: £80 per month

To decide where you might fit on the sliding scale, you can click here to take a short survey.

          When can I join?

Our next group cohort will begin at the start of November 2022 and run to the end of April 2023, with meetings via Zoom (video optional) twice per month. If you'd like to join us, drop us an email and we'll add you to the waiting list.
