Living with chronic illness can be hard
And not just because of our symptoms
The ways that the worlds of work and social life are built make it hard for us to take part in the ways we might want to. Our lives can become very narrow, and we can end up feeling isolated and alone.
There are three ways to connect with us and get support
Our Pathmakers Community is a free online space for chronically ill people to connect with one another, and to bring their thoughts, feelings, questions and celebrations to add to the pot. The community is mainly text-based, but membership also includes a standing invitation to a live monthly self-care check-in, via Zoom video and text chat, at no cost.
Action Support Groups
The aim of Action Support Group is to support chronically ill people to do something that's important to them.
Every person in the group focuses on making progress at their own pace, in their own way, on their own thing, learning to flow and work with their own capacities and needs.
Each group cohort meets on Zoom (video optional), twice a month, for around six months.
One to One Work
One to one work with We Make The Path offers a dedicated space in which you can feel safe to explore and unfold your experiences and beliefs, desires and limits.
It can help you to become more skilled in discernment, more deeply rooted in your self, and more confident in making choices about who you are, what you want, your place in the world, and what you will create.
