The ways that the worlds of work and social life are built make it hard for us to take part and to contribute.
Our lives can become very narrow: we can end up feeling isolated and alone.
There are three ways to connect with us and get support
Our Pathmakers Community is a free online space for chronically ill people to connect with one another, and to bring their thoughts, feelings, questions and celebrations to share. The community is mainly text-based, but membership also includes a monthly live self-care check-in, via Zoom video and text chat, at no cost.
Action Support Group
The aim of Action Support Group is to support chronically ill people to do something that's important to them.
Every person in the group focuses on making progress at their own pace, in their own way, on their own thing, learning to flow and work with their own capacities and needs.
Online Self Care Retreat
An opportunity to focus on self care in community, as the northern hemisphere enters into autumn.
This online retreat will support you to develop your own understanding of self care and to put it into practice.
14th & 21st October, 2023
